Using the kettlebell you will see how you can advance much quicker to heavier weights and faster results. Using various methods of interval and circuit training including HIIT and Tabata style training you will wonder why you didn’t try this sooner.

Women of all fitness levels welcome

$12 class / number of classes per month paid at beginning of each month 

$10 class paid in full for all 24x

All fees must be paid in full prior to attendance.
